    *Ted’s musical ability is very good, and that is putting it lightly! When he is in the rhythm section, of any band, there is a solid foundation.

    *Ted’s ability to hear and sing vocal harmonies has always been spot-on.

    *Ted’s left hand midi-bass on accordion is one of the best I have ever heard.

    *Ted’s ability to recall songs from years ago is pretty amazing.

    *Ted really cares about the polka music industry, as a whole. He recognizes and appreciates all styles. Not many people “stand up” for all the styles of polka music... but he most definitely does. And he is passionate about opening others’ eyes. This is definitely something I find admirable.

    *Ted knows his sound — when it comes to engineering, but yet he will be the first to admit, he still has a lot to learn.... humble (great quality to have).
