It’s hard to believe that we are now publishing this tribute to Insoo Kim Berg. I was first introduced to Insoo in 1992 regarding a proposed collaborative training project with BFTC. I was in awe of her and said something like, “I’m honoured to meet you and am very excited about the idea of working with you.” Without hesitating she said, “Jim, I’m going to turn you upside down.” In the years to follow, she did just that! I suspect that many of you who are reading this remembrance had a similar experience with her. Insoo Kim Berg made a powerful contribution to our professional and personal lives.
