Après les révélations de son fils Benjamin Castaldi, la comédienne évoque directement sa relation avec son beau-père dans un livre intitulé "Un monde à l'envers". Elle y raconte que l'acteur a abusé d'elle au moins une fois quand elle était enfant et a longtemps gardé plus tard une "attitude plus qu'équivoque" à son égard.

A quelques jours de la sortie du livre le 6 octobre aux éditions Fayard, Libération, qui a pu lire les épreuves chez l'éditeur, en a révélé mercredi 29 septembre des extraits dans un portrait de la comédienne de 58 ans en dernière page. Dont la scène d'un abus subie par Catherine Allégret, alors petite fille, alors que son beau-père la lave dans une baignoire: "Son doigt me fouille. Et je ne dis rien. Je n'ai jamais rien dit. Est-ce que j'ai saigné? Je ne sais pas".

Catherine Allégret (born 16 April 1946) is a French actress. She is the daughter of Simone Signoret and Yves Allégret.
In 2007, she portrayed Édith Piaf's grandmother Louise Gassion in Olivier Dahan's biopic La Vie En Rose (La Môme in French).
Allégret has been married twice. Her first marriage was to Jean-Pierre Castaldi, with whom she has a son, Benjamin Castaldi. Her second husband is Maurice Vaudaux, with whom she has a daughter, Clémentine.
In 2004, Allégret published a memoir titled World Upside Down (Un monde à l'envers) in which she wrote that she was sexually abused by her stepfather Yves Montand for many years from the age of 5.
